Tradition Energy Celebrates Associate Training Program Graduates

Stamford, Connecticut, October 24, 2018 – Tradition Energy celebrates the new graduates from its Annual Associate Training program. The training is designed specifically for newly hired associates working in Tradition’s Client Services, Advisory Services, Operations, and Account Management groups, which are located across regional offices in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, and Stamford.  The two-day program provided more than 20 new associates with a firm foundation of energy industry knowledge with emphasis on the deregulated markets, their function, and Tradition Energy’s role in assisting its clients in making informed decisions to control their energy spend.

Gary Cunningham, Director, Account Management & Market Research, leads Tradition’s company-wide Associate Training program from its Stamford headquarters.

“The training represents our Associates’ first step in their ‘energy education’ as Tradition views employee development as essential to providing its clients with best-in-class energy risk management and procurement service,” said Alan Kurzer, CEO, Tradition Energy.  “Importantly, employee training is an ongoing activity led by senior management, both in the classroom and directly on each group’s desk.”
